1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the playphp platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. playphp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable rules.

2. Platform Access and Permitted Use

The playphp platform is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment use by players located in the Philippines. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. Access to certain features may be restricted based on your location or account status. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on the playphp platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements that may be in effect at the time of the request. playphp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions outside of playphp's control. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that your chosen payment method supports transactions in Philippine pesos. Any suspected fraudulent transaction will be investigated and may result in account suspension pending the outcome of that review.

4. Betting, Wagering, and Game Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the playphp platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game rules — before confirming. playphp reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or any other system malfunction. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine or live event result, and playphp does not influence or alter those outcomes. Any dispute regarding a specific bet or game result must be raised through the appropriate support channel within seven days of the event in question. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled markets will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.

5. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. playphp will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify playphp immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. You agree not to share your account with any other person or allow third parties to use your account for any purpose. Accounts found to be shared or transferred may be suspended without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of winnings due to technical faults that are promptly corrected. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a stable internet connection when placing bets or participating in live games, as playphp cannot be held responsible for bets lost due to connectivity issues on your end.
